- **Loan-level grace period** [New Feature] — Previously, grace period logic was determined based on individual draw balances. Now, lenders are able to configure line of credit and credit card products so all draw balances must be paid for a borrower to gain or retain their grace period regardless of whether all draws are grace period eligible.
- **Loan-level minimum payment amount** [New Feature] — Previously, minimum payment amounts were determined individually at the draw level. Now, lenders are able to set a minimum payment at the loan-level.
- **Role-specific payment processing** [New Feature] — Payment instruments are able to be displayed or hidden based on role. For example, new configurations have been introduced which would allow only agents (and not borrowers) to be able to process payments via debit card. Please reach out to the Peach team for assistance with configuring these options.
- **Draw credit limit as percentage of overall limit** [New Feature] — Instead of controlling credit limits for each draw independently on line of credit and credit card products, lenders are able to set percentages of the loan-level credit limit that are applied to the draw's credit limit. For example, the cash advance draw's credit limit can be set to 25% of the account (loan) credit limit.
- **Exclude fee(s) from minimum payment** [New Feature] — Previously, all fees assessed in a loan period were included in the line of credit or credit card's upcoming minimum payment. Now, lenders are able to choose if specific fee(s), e.g. annual fees, should be excluded from the period's minimum payments. Please reach out to the Peach team for assistance with fee configuration.
- **Draw-level details on statement account summary** [New Feature] — Previously, all draws' principal balances were presented within a single line item on the line of credit or credit card statement. Now, lenders are able to separate (and name) draw's principal balances within the Account Summary section of the statement. Please contact the Peach team for more detail to coordinate statement template changes.
- **Interest accrual logic** [Improvement] — Peach introduced a new configuration which allows lenders to accrue compound interest and accrue interest on fees. This configuration has been introduced in addition to the existing 'simple' (interest charged on principal only) and 'compound' (interest charged on principal and interest) configurations. Please coordinate with the Peach team to begin use of this feature.

Purchase fees support fee structures such as cash advance fees, balance transfer fees, and foreign transaction fees. Fee calculations can be configured as minimum or maximum of a percentage of the purchase amount or a set amount (e.g. the greater of $10 or 3% of the purchase amount).
- **Minimum interest charge** [New Feature] — Lenders are able to configure a minimum interest charge amount. In the event that the interest accrued during a loan period is less than a threshold set by the lender, Peach's system will account for additional interest added to ensure the threshold amount is met.
- **Include overdue amount in minimum payment** [New Feature] — Lenders are able to configure Peach's system to include the overdue amount as part of the minimum payment displayed to the borrower on statements. Utilizing this configuration enables lenders to include the overdue amount as part of an autopay payment.
- **Settlement automation** [New Feature] — Previously, Peach transferred money collected on behalf of lenders to investor accounts on a weekly basis. Peach's system has been enhanced to run the process on a daily basis, reducing turnaround time between payments being collected to investors receiving the proceeds based on ownership share.

Transaction sorting has been enabled on createdAt, appliedAt, and effectiveDate. Purchase sorting has been enhanced to allow sorting on createdAt and effectiveAt attributes.
- **Loan activation details** [Improvement] — Peach's system previously stored expected payments schedule returned the details of the payment schedule as they were provided at the time of origination. The system has been enhanced to also return the payment schedule as it was calculated by (or provided to) Peach's system at the time of activation.

## 2023 Q2 — Released 07.18.2023

### Agent Portal (CRM)

- **"Smart" Task Lender configuration** [New Feature] — Allows lenders to alert agents via tasks when a case-type that was expected to have actions on it is missed. This is meant to be a due diligence/catch-all for when work was expected to be performed but was missed and is configured on the case-type level. For example, Bankruptcy cases have an "anticipated case completion" case detail value; if enabled, if there is no existing snooze on the case, a smart review task will be created on this date for an agent to review the case. We have default configurations on most base cases. Our default Collections configuration is if there are (1) no DNIs, (2) scheduled calls, or (3) snoozes as well as (4) no outbound interactions in the last 1 calendar day(s), create an agent "Smart" review task. These tasks can be matched to teams.

- **Minimum payment calculation configuration** [New Feature] — Lenders are able to configure their minimum payment calculation so it automatically includes the overdue amount. This change enables autopay to include the overdue amount as well. Please coordinate with the Peach team in order to implement this new feature as it requires loan type configuration changes.
- **Authorized purchase status** [New Feature] — Lenders have the ability to use a new purchase status in support of line of credit and credit card products. Purchases may be created in authorized status, resulting in a hold on the account balance, open to buy, and available credit; however, nothing is written to the ledger thereby enabling lenders to ensure interest accrual begins at the time of purchase "capture" or settlement.
- **Overdue balances** [Improvement] — Lenders are able to consume detailed overdue balances data (e.g. balance overdue greater than 120 days) in Snapshots and also include the new data fields in loan tapes.
- **Create purchase endpoint optimization** [Improvement] — Peach deepened its investment in supporting credit card clients by improving the response times when lenders call the Create purchase endpoint.

## 2023 Q1 — Released 04.17.2023

### Agent Portal (CRM)

- **Collections Campaign Exporter** [Improvement] — Allows lenders to create a campaign and export borrower details at a lender-determined cadence. Additional details are showcased in the [Campaign API documentation](https://docs.peach.finance/tag/Campaign-Overview). Iterated upon: dialer-export list configuration, campaign logging/ messaging, as well as the export scheduling capabilities.

Exact matches are now case "insensitive", archived results are indicated as such when matched to.
- **Task queue prioritization** [Improvement] — Prioritize "review inbound text" tasks above "review emails" in the agent task queue. This allows agents to efficiently work on responding to inbound texts first, regardless of task age, which is more time-sensitive than emails.
- **External interactions** [New Feature] — Allows agents to create externally-hosted interaction (calls, emails) in our CRM. This audit trail captures all interactions facilitated across multiple platforms in one place, and bolsters compliance around borrower outreaches.
- **Interactions search** [New Feature] — Allows agents to filter interactions on a borrower by associated case, channel, keywords, direction, and type. This allows agents to pull the right interaction in our CRM.
- **Interaction statuses** [Improvement] — Provide more context on why outbound interactions failed, these status details are updated in the API documents. For emails, lenders can differentiate between outbound emails that were hard bounced vs soft bounced. For texts, lenders can decipher when a outbound text failed due to a borrower opting out of receiving text messages.

### Loan Management & Borrower Portal

- **Payment hold days** [New Feature] — For credit card (and line of credit) products, lenders can configure the number of calendar or business days that Peach's system will wait to update the product's Open to Buy amount. Configuration can be done at the loanType (portfolio), loan (account), or transaction (payment) level. Please reach out to the Peach team for assistance with setting these configurations.
- **Dynamic autopay amount calculation** [Improvement] — For line of credit and credit card products, the amount collected on the due date has always been a fixed amount. Today, Peach offers the ability to allow a lender to configure whether or not they want the autopay amount to dynamically update based on payments made between statement date and due date.
- **Prevent pyramiding of late fees** [New Feature] — Lenders have the ability to choose whether an overdue amount resulting from a previous late fee (and only a late fee) will cause another late fee to be assessed.
- **Open to Buy** [New Feature] — For credit card (and line of credit) products, lenders can configure which accounting buckets are included in their Open to Buy calculation. Additionally, Open to Buy takes into account the loanType, Loan, or Transaction's hold days configuration to assist in risk mitigation.
- **Payment events** [Improvement] — Peach introduced a new event — `payment.dueToday` — which indicates to lenders that a loan's payment is due and needs to be processed (for externally processed payments) or is processing (for Peach-processed payments) today. Please update your webhook subscription or contact the Peach team for assistance to receive this new event.
- **Partial payment reversal** [Improvement] — Previously, lenders were able to reverse payments (transactions) in full only. New partial reversal functionality enables a lender to reverse a portion of a payment. A new attribute -- effectiveAmount -- has also been introduced on transaction objects to more clearly reflect the "net amount" of a transaction affected by a partial reversal.
- **Request draw** [New Feature] — For line of credit product types, borrowers can request a draw on their line of credit using a new front end tool.
- **Service credit types** [Improvement] — Lenders and agents have the ability to designate new service credit types so they can more granularly track the reason for applying a service credit.
- **Chargeback endpoints** [Improvement] — New endpoints for create and update transaction chargeback have been added. The status of the corresponding transaction updates automatically as the chargeback moves through its lifecycle.
- **External transaction status transition** [New Feature] — Lenders can configure simple logic enabling them to define rules for when Peach's system will automatically transition the status of a payment (transaction) from "pending" to "succeeded".
- **Balance check for one-time payments** [Improvement] — Previously, balance check was available for only autopay transactions. With the feature enhancement, lenders have the ability to configure balance check for one time, scheduled payments. Please contact the Peach team to enable configurations needed for this functionality.
