The Manage Card Status tool lets you deactivate a physical card associated with a Line of Credit loan and optionally request a replacement. Use this tool when a borrower reports a card as lost, stolen, or damaged, or when a card needs to be deactivated for fraud or other reasons.

- From the agent-view Borrower Portal, open the Line of Credit loan and select Loan options > Manage card status.
- Select the Card to manage from the dropdown. If the borrower has multiple cards, each card is listed with an identifying label.
- Select the Reason for the status change from the dropdown.
- If you have the
card.replacepermission, optionally select Request replacement card to issue a new card to the borrower. - If a replacement fee is configured for your company, optionally select Assess replacement fee to charge the fee to the borrower. The fee amount is displayed next to the checkbox.
- If a rush delivery fee is configured for your company, optionally select Assess rush delivery fee to charge the rush delivery fee. The fee amount is displayed next to the checkbox.
- Select Update card status.
The card is deactivated with the selected reason. If a replacement was requested, the system initiates the replacement process and any applicable fees are charged to the loan.
