The Borrower Portal is a white-labeled web application where you manage your loans. Built and maintained by Peach, the portal adopts your lender's branding — logo, colors, and styling — so you see a seamless experience under your lender's brand. The only Peach reference visible is a small "Powered by Peach" label.

- You need the login credentials provided in your welcome email. If you did not receive a welcome email, contact your lender's customer support.
- A supported web browser is required. The portal works on both desktop and mobile devices, though some features differ slightly between the two.
When you are created in the system, you receive a welcome email from your lender. The email guides you through creating your account and logging in for the first time, and includes loan details such as amount, APR, origination fee, and a payment schedule.
Your lender configures one of four authentication methods. The login page shows you which method to use.
- Enter your email address in the login field.
- Select Request code.
- Check your inbox for an email containing a verification code.
- Enter the code in the verification modal.
If you do not receive the code, select Try another way to login to switch to a phone-based code (if your lender supports it).
- Enter your phone number in the login field.
- Select Request code.
- Check your phone for a text message containing a verification code. If you prefer, select Call me to receive the code as an automated voice call.
- Enter the code in the verification modal.
If you do not receive the code, select Try another way to login to switch to an email-based code.
- Enter your email, phone number, or username — depending on what your lender has configured.
- Enter your password.
- Select Login.
Some lenders require a second authentication factor (2FA) after entering your password. The possible methods are a one-time code sent to your phone or email, secret questions, or a third-party authenticator app.
If your lender uses single sign-on, the login page redirects you to your company's identity provider. After authenticating there, you are returned to the Borrower Portal automatically.
Your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. If this happens, wait for the lockout period to expire and try again, or contact your lender's customer support.
After logging in, you land on the loan dashboard. Your active loans appear as cards, each showing the loan nickname or ID, the amount due, the due date, and the autopay status.
The dashboard includes up to two quick-action buttons below your loan details:
- Make payment — appears when the loan is active or accelerated and no collections case is open.
- Draw funds — appears for line of credit loans when the loan is active and no collections case is open.
To view past or inactive loans, select See past loans.
Select a loan card to open its detail view.
Your portal may not show these buttons if your lender has customized the interface.
The Borrower Portal has three main areas:
- Loan detail view — opens when you select a loan card. Contains the loan hero section, the Account options menu, and three tabs: Activity, Summary, and Documents. See Loan details.
- Contact us — the help and support page with your lender's contact information, business hours, and live chat (if available). See Contact us.
- Account settings — manage your profile, contact information, communication preferences, payment methods, and uploaded documents. See Account settings.
From the loan detail view, select the gear icon labeled Account options (or your loan's display name followed by options) to open a dropdown menu. This menu contains the loan tools available to you, such as Make payment, Manage Autopay, Change due date, Manage payment methods, and more.
The available options depend on your lender's configuration and your loan's current status. Disabled options appear grayed out.
If your lender sends you an email with a document upload link, you can upload files without logging in. Select the link in the email to open the document uploader, choose your file, and upload it. This link is one-time use.
Accepted formats are .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, or .png, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per document.
To sign out of the Borrower Portal, select Sign out from the navigation. Your session also ends automatically if your login token expires.
