# Change due date, Draw funds, payoff statement, and nickname

These tools let you adjust your payment schedule, request additional funds on a line of credit, generate a payoff statement, and set a custom name for your loan. All are accessed from the **Account options** menu on the loan detail view.

**Availability:** All clients

## Before you begin

- Your portal may not show all of these options. Each tool's visibility is controlled by your lender's configuration.
- Some tools are only available for specific loan types or statuses, as noted in each section below.

## Change due date

Move your contractual due date to a different day or switch to a different payment frequency. This tool is available when your loan is active.

1. From the loan detail view, select **Change due date** from the Account options menu.
2. Review the **Current** section, which shows your existing frequency and due date.
3. Select a new **Frequency**: Monthly, Twice a month, Every two weeks, or Weekly. The available frequencies depend on your lender's configuration.
4. Choose specific **days** or **dates** based on your frequency:
  - **Monthly** — select a day of the month (1st through 30th, or end of month).
  - **Twice a month** — select a pair of days (for example, "1st and 15th").
  - **Every two weeks** — select a day of the week and a starting date.
  - **Weekly** — select a day of the week.
5. Review the updated payment schedule. Select **View full payment schedule** to see all upcoming due dates and amounts.
6. If your lender requires it, review and agree to the **Revised Loan Terms** by selecting the link.
7. Select **Update due dates**.

When due dates are changed, the upcoming due date and amount remain unchanged. Only subsequent due dates are affected. For example, if your loan has due dates on the 1st of each month for $100 and you change to the 15th on September 20, your schedule becomes: October 1 at $100, then October 15 at $100, November 15 at $100, and so on.

If you have an overdue balance, changing due dates does not affect that amount. You must pay the overdue balance separately with a one-time payment.

Changing the due date cancels any existing autopay plan. You can re-enable autopay after the change is complete.

After the change, you receive a confirmation email with the revised schedule. If Revised Loan Terms were required, a copy appears in the Documents tab.

For single-term loans, the Change due date screen shows a date picker instead of frequency and day selectors.

### Restrictions

Some lender configurations restrict due date changes. If your current frequency does not support changes, the screen displays a message directing you to contact customer support.

## Draw funds

Request additional funds on a line of credit loan. This tool is available when your loan is active, your account is current, and you have available credit.

1. From the loan detail view, select **Draw funds** from the Account options menu or the **Draw funds** quick-action button on the dashboard.
2. Review your credit information: **Credit limit**, **Amount used**, and **Available to borrow** (open to buy), displayed with a utilization progress bar.
3. Enter the **Amount** you want to draw. The amount cannot exceed your available credit.
4. Optionally enter a **Purpose of draw** describing why you need the funds.
5. Select **Continue**.
6. Review the details in the confirmation modal and select **Draw funds**. Select **Cancel** to go back.

After confirming, a purchase is created in the system. Your lender completes the disbursement of funds.

### Alerts

- **Account overdue** — if your account has an overdue balance, a red alert explains that you cannot request a new draw until the overdue balance is paid. A link to Make payment is provided.
- **Recent draw** — if you requested a draw within the last 24 hours, a notice shows the amount and date as a reminder.

### Restrictions

Draw funds is only available for line of credit loans. The tool does not appear for installment loans. If your account is overdue or frozen, the draw request is blocked.

Your portal may not show this option if your lender has customized the interface.

## Get payoff statement

Generate a statement showing the total amount needed to pay off your loan in full. This tool is available when your loan is active, accelerated, or charged off.

1. From the loan detail view, select **Get payoff statement** from the Account options menu.
2. Review the projected payoff amount as of today and the estimated balance in 10 days (assuming no payments, credits, or fees in the interim).
3. Select a payoff calculation date:
  - **Today** — the payoff amount as of the current date.
  - **In 10 days** — the projected payoff amount 10 calendar days from today.
  - **Specific date** — select a custom date using the date picker. The payoff amount updates automatically.
4. Choose an action:
  - **Email** — select a verified email address from the dropdown and the statement is sent to your inbox.
  - **View** — opens the statement as an inline PDF.
  - **Download** — saves the statement as a PDF file to your device.
5. Select **Submit**.

The payoff statement can only be emailed to an email address already on file for your account.

Your portal may not show this option if your lender has customized the interface.

## Change nickname

Assign a custom name to your loan to help you identify it — especially useful when you manage multiple loans. The nickname replaces the default display name in the loan header and on the dashboard.

1. From the loan detail view, select the **Account options** menu (gear icon).
2. Select **Change nickname**.
3. In the modal, enter a new name in the text field. The current nickname (if any) is pre-populated.
4. Select **Update**.

The nickname updates immediately in the loan header and on the dashboard.

Your portal may not show this option if your lender has customized the interface.
