# Agent dashboards

The Dashboards tool provides quick access to external dashboard links configured for your company. Use it to open analytics, reporting, or monitoring dashboards directly from the loan detail view. This is a read-only tool with no form fields — it simply lists the available dashboards as links.

**Availability:** All clients with `uiConfig.agentDashboardTools.enabled` set to `true`
**Required permissions:** `loan.agenttools.dashboard:list`
**Loan status:** No restriction
**Loan types:** All

## View dashboards

1. From the agent-view Borrower Portal, open the loan and select **Loan options** > **Dashboards**.
2. The tool displays a list of dashboard links configured for your company.
3. Select a dashboard link to open it in a new browser tab.


If no dashboards are configured, a message indicates that no dashboards are available. If the dashboards feature is not enabled for your company, this tool does not appear in the Loan Options menu.
