# Contact us

The Contact us page provides your lender's support contact information, business hours, and a live chat option when available. Use this page when you need help with your account or have questions about your loan.

**Availability:** All clients (feature-flagged — your lender may disable this page)

## Before you begin

- The Contact us page is accessible from the portal navigation. It is separate from your loan detail views.
- All information on this page is configured by your lender and may include loan-type-specific overrides — for example, your lender may show a different support phone number or department depending on which loan you are viewing.


## Department and business hours

The page displays your lender's support department name and the timezone for all listed hours (for example, "All times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST)").

Below the department name, a day-by-day schedule shows the hours the support team is available. If the support team is currently available, an "Open now" indicator appears.

## Contact methods

The available contact methods depend on your lender's configuration. Any combination of the following may appear:

### Live chat

A **Chat with us** link appears when all of the following conditions are met:

- Your lender has enabled inbound web chat.
- The support team is currently within business hours.
- You are viewing the page on a desktop device (chat is not available on mobile).


Select **Chat with us** to open a chat window. If the support team is outside business hours, the link is disabled.

### Phone

Your lender's support phone number appears as a clickable link. Select it to initiate a call from your device.

### Email

Your lender's support email address appears as a clickable link. Select it to open your email client with the address pre-filled.

### Mailing address

Your lender's physical mailing address appears when one has been configured. The full address is displayed, including street, city, state, and zip code.

## Feature flag

The Contact us page is controlled by the `contactUsPage` feature flag. When disabled, the page does not appear in the navigation. This flag is enabled by default.
