# Loan details

The loan detail view is the main screen for managing a specific loan. It shows your current balance and payment status, gives you access to loan tools through the Account options menu, and organizes your loan information across three tabs: Activity, Summary, and Documents.

**Availability:** All clients

## Before you begin

- Select a loan card from the loan dashboard to open its detail view.
- The information displayed varies based on your loan type (installment or line of credit), your loan's current status, and your lender's configuration.

## Loan header

The top of the loan detail view displays your loan's identifying information and primary actions.

### Account ID and nickname

The header shows your loan's account ID (such as "LOAN ID: LN-1234-5678") and its nickname or asset display name. If you have set a custom nickname, it appears as the loan's heading. Otherwise, the lender's default display name appears (such as "Personal Loan" or "Line of Credit").

### Autopay status

An autopay button appears in the header area:

- **Autopay on** — displayed in green when autopay is enabled. Select it to open the Manage Autopay screen.
- **Enable Autopay** — displayed when autopay is off. Select it to set up autopay.

The autopay button is disabled when the loan is not active. It is hidden entirely when your lender has disabled the Manage Autopay option or when your loan has been assigned to a collection agency.

### Account options menu

Select the gear icon with your loan's display name and **options** label to open the dropdown menu. This menu contains the loan tools available to you, including Make payment, Manage Autopay, Change due date, Manage payment methods, Draw funds, Get payoff statement, and Change nickname.

The menu includes a search field — type to filter the list on mobile devices.

Disabled tools appear grayed out with a tooltip explaining why they are unavailable. The available tools depend on your loan status, loan type, and your lender's configuration.

## Hero section

Below the header, the hero section displays a summary of your next payment or current balance. The content changes depending on your loan type and status.

### Installment loan — overdue

When your account has an overdue balance, the hero displays the overdue amount in red with the message "Overdue: {amount} is due immediately."

### Installment loan — autopay enabled

When autopay is active and your account is current, the hero displays "Autopay scheduled: {amount} is due {date}" — confirming that your next automatic payment is on track.

### Installment loan — next payment

When autopay is off and your account is current, the hero displays "Payment of {amount} is due {date}" with the next payment amount and due date.

### Line of credit

For line of credit loans, the hero varies:

- If autopay is enabled with an upcoming payment: "Autopay scheduled: {amount} is due on {date}."
- If you have an obligation remaining: "Payment of {amount} is due on {date}."
- Otherwise: "Current balance {amount}, next due date on {date}."

### No payment due

When your balance is zero and no future payments are scheduled, the hero displays "No payment is due." If your final payment is still processing, it displays "No payment is due, last payment processing."

## Collections alert

If your loan has been assigned to a third-party collection agency, a warning banner appears below the header. The banner includes the agency's legal name, phone number, email address, and mailing address. When this banner is displayed, the Make payment and Autopay buttons are disabled — contact the collection agency directly for payment arrangements.

## Activity tab

The Activity tab is the default tab when you open a loan. It displays your loan's events in a timeline, with each event shown as a card.

### Timeline entries

Each entry in the timeline shows a date, an amount (with a positive or negative indicator), a status badge, and a description. Common event types include:

- Due dates — past, current, and upcoming
- Payments and credits
- Refunds
- Loan events such as "Loan started" or "Loan charged off"
- Scheduled autopay payments

### Expand for details

Select any timeline entry to expand it and view additional information, such as the payment method used, the transaction reference, or a breakdown of how the payment was applied.

### Filter and sort

Use the date range picker and type filter to narrow the timeline to specific transactions. The timeline can be sorted by date.

### Cancel a scheduled payment

If you have a future scheduled payment that has not yet been processed, you can cancel it from the Activity tab. Expand the payment entry and select **Cancel**. A confirmation dialog appears before the cancellation is finalized.

Payments made with a bank account (ACH) initially appear as "scheduled" after submission. Peach processes ACH payments within two hours, at which point the status changes to "pending." You can only cancel a payment while it is in "scheduled" status.

## Summary tab

The Summary tab provides an overview of your loan's key details. The sections displayed depend on your loan type and your lender's configuration.

### Installment loan sections

- **Loan summary** — balance, APR, next payment due date, total paid, remaining balance, projected payoff date.
- **Merchant details** — information about the originator or merchant associated with the loan.
- **Promotional programs** — any active or pending promotional offers, with status indicators (Active, Exercised, Expired).
- **Card details** — details about any physical card associated with the loan.
- **Loan terms** — the original terms agreed upon at origination, including amount financed, origination fee, total of payments, APR, and payment frequency. Co-borrower, co-signer, or co-applicant information also appears here if provided at origination.

### Line of credit sections

- **Credit summary** — available credit, used credit, APR, and next payment.
- **Merchant details** — originator or merchant information.
- **Promotional programs** — active or pending promotional offers.
- **Balances by draw** — a breakdown of principal, interest, and fees across individual draws.
- **Credit terms and card details** — the terms of the credit line and any associated card information.

### Configurable visibility

Your lender can configure which sections appear on the Summary tab. Your portal may not show all sections listed above if your lender has customized the interface. The configurable sections are: loan summary, merchant details, promotional programs, card details, balances by draw, and loan terms.

## Documents tab

The Documents tab contains loan-related documents provided by your lender or generated during the life of the loan.

### Document types

Common documents include:

- Truth in Lending (TILA) disclosures and loan agreements
- Privacy policies and terms of use
- Autopay consent forms
- Billing statements
- Revised loan terms (generated after due date or schedule changes)

### View, download, and email

For each document, you can:

- **View** — opens the document in an inline PDF viewer.
- **Download** — saves the document to your device.

Some lenders also enable an email option that sends the document to your email address on file.

### Archived documents

If your lender has archived older documents, they appear in a separate archived section at the bottom of the Documents tab.
